How to market myself as a indiegame developer.

So this is a pretty big question since the internet is so huge, I’m just going to write about some things that I could do to get noticed on the internet.
First off I would just post text about my games relevant forums and websites, like facebook, twitter, and other indiegame websites.
And when I post them I could use tags like #Indie #Game #2013 etc. I would also tell all my friends about my new game that I’ve just released and ask them to check it out.
I would also get a youtube channel and post videos of the games or just me publishing games, because youtube is a very big website with millions of viewers every day.
And it is also a great way to be able to answer questions and such.
I would also create my own website(like this but maybe more serious) that I can write about my dev and games or just blog.
If I really want to be seen I could also pay websites to make them publish my game on their website or just make a little ad.

I can also publish my games on websites that only feature games and developers like Gamejolt, it’s a website where you can make your own profile and post your game and get credit for it, if it becomes popular.
Ok so that’s about it, if i come up wiht something new i might just edit this post.
Yours sincerely Birk

Learning how to use wordpress

Trying to fix a new theme, found one now that looks pretty good but I’ll probably change it soon, I’m still learning how to use wordpress!
Got a new header now, it’s not to pretty but don’t blame me, wanted to have a pic from one of my games, and my graphic designers have been… well lets say, “not too talented”.

Yours sincerely Birk.

You can read more about me under the tab “About”, and you can read about the finshed games under the tab “Games”.
I’m not sure how often I will post and how often i will be making games, but stay tuned for more content!

Yours sincerely Birk.
